Diamond is truly a gem! She is an all gray kitten, just over 5 months old. She will rub against your legs, wanting to get your attention and remind you that she is down below, all ready for some cuddles and pets. Like all kittens, Diamond is ready to play whenever you are. She was not really interested in getting her pictures done...just wanted to be near her foster mom and get some loving.

All of our dogs, cats, rabbits & ferrets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Small animals are usually not altered. We have adoption applications, a short interview process, and an adoption fee for each animal. All animals (except rabbits & small animals) are up to date on all shots.

We hold adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Mishawaka from 11-3. We also hold other events throughout the year. Heartland Small Animal Rescue is a non-profit serving South Bend & surrounding cities. We are comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers who work to find loving homes for homeless pets in our area.

Company Overview
Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving South Bend, IN and surrounding towns by taking in homeless pets and adopting them out into loving homes. We also work closely with local shelters to reduce euthanasia rates by pulling animals and putting them in our program.
