Hello! My name is Elsa and I am a 5-year-old, 68 lb spayed female. I am already housetrained and crate-trained. I have shown some separation anxiety, so I may need to be crated when left home—at least until I am settled in.
I am a sweet girl who does well with men, women, and children. I seek affection and snuggles. I love to give kisses. My foster mom says I am playful and gentle with everyone. I am happy to welcome visitors to our home, including repairmen.
I socialize well with other dogs, though I may be a bit timid when first meeting them. I could benefit from having a confident, well-adjusted canine companion. I love to spend time outdoors and explore the smells. I like having toys available for play, such as squeaky toys, stuffed animals, or nerf balls! I have a strong prey drive and cannot live with cats.
I get excited about joining for car rides and do well with neighborhood or nature walks. I can get anxious in busier environments like stores. I can also be sensitive to loud or sudden noises such as sneezes or beeping devices. I already know sit, lay, stay, come, and leave it. I am eager to please and would love to continue training to help bond with my family! Are you the family I am searching for?
