Introducing Freddie the Fabulous Boxer

Freddie came to us from a really high kill shelter in Southern California and had been hit by a car. He needed some surgery to fix his leg and rest to recoup! He quickly became the vet and staff favorite. Always eager to see them and give them lots of love.

What Freddie says about himself:

I am just a goof I love to make you laugh and smile that’s my main job! I am always down to watch movies and eat some Cheetos with you just don’t tell the vet because they don’t like us eating Cheetos. Disney movies are my favorite anything with a happy ending like mine. What I am looking for in my potential family is fun and laughter.

If you have two leggers hanging around the house the more the better I love them all ages. I am also a great four legged friend to those of my kind even if they meow!

I weigh a healthly 75 lbs and my eyes are just dreamy.

I am potty trained and crate trained I am up to date on all my shots and I will be neutered soon.

So if watching movies and eating are your two favorite things I am your dude!

More about this rescue

Our mission is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
