My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pikachu!

This adorable little Chihuahua is a bundle of joy wrapped up in just 7 pounds of love. At about a year old, Pikachu is a playful, affectionate companion who's ready to steal your heart (and your lap!).

Pikachu dreams of finding her perfect forever home, where she can bask in love, enjoy leisurely walks, and snuggle up for endless lap time. She’s crate-trained and working hard on her potty training—she’s improving every day with consistent outings. While doggie doors are still a mystery to her, she’s eager to learn with the right guidance.

She gets along well with other dogs but loves being the center of attention with her human family. Pikachu would thrive in a home that can shower her with the love and devotion she so deserves.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We do not own a kennel / shelter type facility. In most cases, we believe one of the effective and successful ways to match families and pets is to foster them in our own homes. Fostering dogs allows us to help train the dogs to have good doggie manners and allows us to learn about the dog's personality and character. Ultimately allowing us to give potential adopters complete information on the pet's behavior and how well he / she will fit with a family and lifestyle. Unfortunately, when we are not able to find the most appropriate foster home, we will on occasion utilize a private kennel on a case by case basis.
