My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pop TART!!! I mean who names a pup POP TART :)?? Maybe a rescuer?? YUP a rescuer!!
And I think that the name suits me! Look at me :) I am cute, a little square and filled with sweet filling- love and silliness :) AND a little frosting, cause everyone likes frosting!!
So a little more about me... Cause EVERYONE I meet LOVES ME!
I am a little goofy fun finding girl. I was found scared and skinny and all alone and shy at first. But as soon as my foster family took me in with their GROUP of dogs, I fit right in!
Now I am spayed/all shots and am looking for my own little family, with other dog or dogs to play with and people to cuddle with ;)
If that is your kind of family, then adopt me soon!!! I am anxiously awaiting!

Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Additional adoption info

Adoption application required. Adoption fees with transport included start at $400 higher prices for Purebred and/or highly desirable pets. Adoption application, adoption contract, return/foster agreement if dog doesn't work out in home.

We work hard to place dogs in the right homes, if the adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal, help the adopter screen applicants and help facilitate finding another home for the dog.

Go meet their pets

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
