Meet Lil Doggy, who comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter. He is a 7-year-old, 18 lb., Shih Tzu. He was extremely matted when he came to us, and we have since had him groomed. Lil Doggy is housetrained, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped and is scheduled to be neutered within the next few weeks. He is a wonderful boy.
