My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Billy: The Ultimate Snuggle Buddy! ??
Hi there! I’m Billy, a 5-year-old Lab/Akita mix, and I’m basically a giant, sweet marshmallow wrapped in fur. If you’re looking for a loving companion who’s as cozy as your favorite blanket and twice as loyal, I’m your guy!
? What Makes Me Special:
?? Cuddle King
I’m all about hugs, snuggles, and making you feel like the most loved human in the world.
?? Dog-Friendly
I seem to get along just fine with the other pups here at the shelter—instant friendship vibes! ????
?? Housetrained Hero
No accidents here! I’ve got my manners down pat.
?? Leash Pro
I’m easy on a leash, so we can enjoy calm walks together without any tug-of-war.
? Why You’ll Love Me:
I’m not just an all-around wonderful guy; I’m also a great listener, a loyal companion, and a big fan of making your days brighter. Whether we’re lounging on the couch, exploring the outdoors, or just hanging out, I’ll be your partner through it all.
I will be ready for my forever home on Tuesday January 7th.
?? How to Bring Billy Home:
1?? Visit northwoodshumanesociety.org.
2?? Head to the Adoptable Animals page.
3?? Fill out the Dog Adoption Form.
4?? Our Canine Team will contact you to schedule a meet-and-greet.
Let’s make it official—I can’t wait to meet you and start our forever adventure together! ????
Love, Billy ??
