Little Cheerio at a glance!
At risk of being dumped at 5 weeks old by a finder who claims they were born under his deck, Cheerio’s foster family swooped in to save the mama cat and her litter of eight. They have been in foster since 5 weeks old and living in a "kitten room" (aka Kitten Disney World) while getting lots of exposure to visitors of all ages during the week/weekend!
Cheerio is an absolute HAM. He gives instant purrs when picked up and has fallen asleep on his foster mom and dad more times than they can count. He is smart, confident, and playful, but he gives off a calm energy and he can often be found snoozing right in the middle of his siblings zooming all around him. He is very unbothered by most things and floppy when you pick him up, like a stuffed animal. He is the 2nd biggest kitten of the bunch and will be an absolute love bug for his future family. Cheerio is an easy kitten who loves company and loves people. He would thrive adopted as a pair with Pumpkin with a family that gives them lots of love and attention.
Cheerio's ideal day: Cheerio's ideal day would be snoozing past breakfast and waking up just in time for brunch! He'd arrive to his meal bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, and afterward would like to play with you with one of his springy toys or the fuzzy snake toy. After a little playtime, he's ready to find his warm bed again and take another snooze, even better if he had a cuddle buddy to keep extra cozy! After his mid-day nap, he'd wake up and play on his scratching post, pretending he's a ninja and scaling a 10-foot skyscraper. Post-play time he'd love to curl up with you in your lap and get belly rubs while you binge watch your favorite TV show, and maybe after that 3rd (or was it his 4th or 5th nap of the day? We lose count!), he would play tag with a sibling until dinner time! After dinner, he's ready to chill again, and would love to find a comfy spot to settle in for the night close by, or in the lap of, his loving family.
