My name is Severus!

Hey you! I’m Severus, a one year old male Doberman.

How about this? Me and my brother Sirius were found as strays in a rural prt of Alabama and brought to the shelter there. No one ever came to claim us, so into rescue we went! I was showing signs of codependency with my brother, so we were split up for the better. I’m on the smaller side, and I definitely live up to the twerpish reputation of a little brother! I love to run and wrestle with other dogs until they finally get sick of me and tell me to quit. I can be a bit uncertain with strangers at first, but I’m getting more independent every day! I would love a family that will work with me to help me become an even better dog in the future and will be understanding when I am meeting new people for the first time.
