We adopted Freedom in May 2024 at the riverside animal shelter. He was 3 weeks old and alone. Freedom is a very good boy but has strong herding instincts because of his breed mix and we are not able to give him the life he deserves. We did an embark test on him and his mix of breed is about 37% Australian cattle dog, 27% German shepherd, 15% American pit bull, 11% Great Dane, 8% cane Corso. Freedom has been amazing with our kids and adores our 5 and 1.5 year olds, although he can get rowdy around them when he gets excited. He has had one biting incident with my husband when he tried to clip Freedom’s nails. We love Freedom dearly but believe his best chance at happiness is on a farm/ranch or working in some capacity. He has a ton of energy and no amount of walks or backyard play time has been enough to tire him properly. Freedom is very smart and has had a fair amount of training. He listens to basic commands such as come, sit, lay down (abajo), go uphill, etc. Freedom is on a raw diet
