Arthur came to us after his family could no longer care for him. He has had limited socialization and is cautious around new people. He did not spend much time outside and is accustomed to using potty pods. Arthur is looking for a quiet home with a patient family that will give him ample time to adjust to his new surroundings and build trust in his new home.
