My name is Luther!

Luther is a loving and loyal dog who is about 6 years old. We adopted him nearly 5 years ago and have cherished our time with him. He’s happiest when he’s outside, exploring, and has plenty of room to run and burn off his energy. He’s very treat-motivated, which makes training and engaging with him fun.

Luther would thrive in a home with plenty of outdoor space and no young children, as he can be overprotective. He’s dog-selective, so he might do best as the only pet unless careful introductions and monitoring are possible. Luther needs a home where he can truly be himself—active, curious, and loved for who he is.

This is a very difficult decision for us, as we love him deeply. We’re hopeful to find him a home that better suits his needs and allows him to thrive.
