My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I’m Nugget! I’m approximately 11 weeks old. I love to play with my siblings and wrestle with my toys. Tug-a-war is the best game ever. I would love to play with my resident dogs but my foster mom says it isn’t safe as I’m only about 3 pounds. I do get to see them through my pen and I like to lick their faces. I also get to play with the resident kitty who likes to run with me in the living room. My foster mom says I have the bestest little personality. She loves the way I rear my head back and run like I’m hopping. When I’m not playing I’m looking around the room or taking a nap. I love to be held and being with my person. Additional adoption info

Our adoption application can be completed electronically and emailed to us. The application are under the "Our Adoption Process" page of our website (1LuckyDogRescue.Org). Our goal is to set our dogs up for successful adoptions by finding adopters that are well suited for each of their personalities. A home visit is required prior to adoption. We will assist in introductions to other family members, both human and furry ones. Our adoption fee is $350.

We are a group of dedicated volunteers who believe dogs never choose to be homeless, they certainly do not deserve to be euthanized. We believe in giving these victims of circumstances a voice and kindness so they can have a second chance at life.
