Gracie is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport in one of the cities listed at the bototm.
If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
Gracie is a female mixed breed, most likely with Wirehaired Jack Russell Terrier and another Terrier of some sort. She's around 10 months old (December 29) and 40 pounds. Gracie is currently being fostered and her foster parents have reported:
-Very sweet, gentle dog
-Walks on leash
-Housebroken
-Good with other dogs (seniors and puppies included)
-Good with kids
-Doesn't bark
-No chewing on anything in the house
-Sits for a treat

Gracie is spayed, vaccinated (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), has been dewormed, a negative heartworm test as of December 12, on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. Health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Adoption fee is $650, this is including all vetting above and $250 transport cost.

Tishomingo Animal Shelter is a no-kill dog shelter ran by the City of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. All dogs are well-cared for and socialized by our animal control officer, Jordan, and volunteers.
We have a supporting 501C3 non-profit, Lucky Paws Doghouse Inc, that helps with the spay/neuter and vaccination of all dogs at the shelter; the Venmo donation link on this page goes toward the 501C3.
Dogs up for adoption nationwide are currently being fostered at Lucky Paws and are not in the shelter.
