Tupelo is a sweet soul looking for a place to feel like herself again. This girl is a true blue hound dog who loves to be outside and sniff everything she can get her nose on! Give her a long line walk and a cozy bed, and this girl is set for life. She was a stray found by a good samaritan nearly starved, with a severe hernia, covered in ticks, and clearly in need of some TLC. Tupelo's finder said she did very well with dogs and cats, and she is mild-mannered with people. Tupe lives for mealtime and is always looking for a delicious snack.

The best kind of home for Tupelo:
Tupelo will do best in a home looking for a more quiet, easy-going companion. Life has been hard on this gal, so she would love a home to call her own for the rest of her days. After surgery to repair her hernia, we expect Tupelo to make a full recovery and be ready to live out her days as healthily as possible. She will make an easy companion.
