My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the Fire Pups litter!

Ash is a Cane Corso Mix puppy! Cane Corso puppies are intelligent, affectionate, and eager to please, but they also grow into large, strong, and protective dogs. Early training and socialization are essential to help them become well-rounded, loving companions. Puppies require lots of training. It is so important to establish early on a consistent routine, early positive crate training and early loose-leash walking training with these large breed pups!

Cane Corsos have a natural protective instinct, which can be managed with proper socialization. Exposing them to new environments and introducing new people and other animals in controlled, positive settings are crucial to ensuring well rounded adults doggos! Ash would love a family that is willing to dedicate the time to enroll him in puppy classes to ensure that he is exposed to a structured, positive environment for socialization and to help build confidence around other dogs and people.

Cane Corso puppies grow quickly into strong, muscular adults. They need adopters who are ready to commit to their physical and mental needs. With proper training and socialization, they will reward you with unwavering loyalty and affection. It you are prepared to provide structure, love, and training, a Cane Corso puppy could be your perfect match!

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.

We pledge our energies to inspire and mobilize society to create a world in which all animals, who depend on humans for their well-being, experience, as a minimum, five essential freedoms:
