Izzy and Gunner
URGENT Foster/Home(s) Needed – Long Island, NY
Meet Izzy and Gunner. These two darlings are the family of one of our Veterans. Tragically, this Veteran has fallen on some hard times and needs our temporary assistance. A hotel room has been secured which allows the dogs to stay, but this is temporary. He needs our help to care for these dogs until stable housing can be found.
Izzy is a 12 year old female Chinese Crested. She is spayed, healthy and UTD on vaccines. Gunner is a 6 year old male Pyrenean Mastiff. He is neutered, healthy and UTD on all vaccines. Gunner can sometimes experience separation anxiety. Both dogs are good with each other, but they prefer to be the only animals in the home. They are both known to be good with children.
If you have the space to temporarily house these two sweethearts and the heart to help a Veteran in need, please contact adoptions@paws-li.org
or go to our FB page or call the number listed below.
