My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bindi Adelaide is a purebred Miniature American Shepherd (Mini Aussie). We got her as a puppy from a breeder in Plant City, Florida. She turns 3 years old in January and is 37 lbs.

Bindi is super smart and learns fast. She knows sit, down, stay, roll over, shake, other paw, orbit, turn (in a circle), speak, quiet, settle, go to "place" (her kennel), go to spot (when eating), jump, beg, up, off, heel (working on it), upstairs, downstairs, and come. We have been working with her to walk on our treadmill, which she can do with food but not solo yet. Being a herder, she loves to follow you everywhere. She is a great cuddler and loves pets and belly rubs.

Bindi has had two rounds of puppy training, two rounds of in-home training, and one round of group training. This has helped her reactivity.

Bindi needs an owner that has experience with resources guarding. She would do well in a home without young children or other pets. She would thrive in the country and/or in a big fenced-in yard.
