Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Both Fiona and Shrek were victims of a house fire in which their daddy passed. They are super sweet!

Fiona has a cherry eye which the vet said was actually better to leave than to perform surgery. Surgery could lead to complications. Shrek needs to lose a few pounds.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to rescue dogs whose owners are about to pass or have passed away and have no one to whom they can leave their pups.

I started this after watching our therapy pet visit in nursing homes and hearing stories from residents about what happened to their pups. Heartbreaking.
