Sonne is about 8 years old, and has been with my family since he was a puppy. He is playful and energetic, and is a very sweet boy in a controlled environment, but he is unpredictable.
He loves to cuddle, adores soft blankets and fluffy toys. He is happiest when snuggling on the couch, but he also loves to run, and is a pretty good jogging partner.
Sonne is being rehomed due to his reactivity and aggression. While he has never been aggressive with me, my mother, or my sister, he is unpredictably aggressive towards male family members and strangers. I have not been able to identify specific triggers for his aggression with family, and most of the time he does very well, but then he will bite without warning. We have tried training, positive/negative reinforcement, muzzling, without success. We can’t offer him the controlled environment that he needs. He would do well in a female-only household where he can be isolated from strangers. Has adjusted to living with other dogs in the home.
