My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Sriracha, born in October of 2022, is the cutest little ball of torti fluff. She comes to our rescue from a northern NC shelter where she was brought as a stray. She is short in stature and has a compact body type so she's basically a ball-of-furr. She is a lover and wants to be around people all the time. She loves pets and lots of attention but she's not pushy when her foster mom has to work online on her computer. She mostly sits on the desk nearby to await some pets. She has a really cute habit of holding her head slightly tilted which gives her a quizzical look. This great little cat is going to make some lucky person a wonderful constant companion.

Cat Tales Rescue NC is the nonprofit rescue arm of Cat Tales Cat Cafe, which provides a unique and invaluable avenue for adoptions. The Cat Cafe environment allows us to get to know each cat and adopter individually enabling us to set adopters up for success which leads to happier adoptions. Even previously overlooked cats get a chance to shine at the café. At the Cat Cafe, cats get adopted quickly, which allows us to be efficient and cost effective, but most importantly, cause the least amount of stress on the cats.
