Meet Enoki, the sweetest little gray kitten who came to us from Oakland County Animal Shelter with nine other adorable “mushroom” buddies. While all of his siblings have found their forever homes, Enoki is still waiting for his special someone!

This playful and charming boy would thrive in a home with another fun-loving kitty to be his companion. He’s as affectionate as he is handsome and would make a wonderful addition to any family.

Submit Application

Once you submit an application, one of our dedicated adoption volunteer coordinators will contact you.

2.
Meet the Pet

Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.

3.
Approve Application

The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!

At any given time, Ferndale Cat Shelter has at least 150-250 cats and kittens in our care. Most of those kitties are in foster homes while 40-50 may be at our shelter. We love to make the purrfect match for you so you and your kitty will live long and healthy lives together.
