Meet Luna, one of four kittens born to a young mama named Peep, whose family decided to leave her behind when they moved. A Good Samaritan who'd been feeding the community cats in his North Dallas neighborhood noticed Peep and soon realized that she wasn't feral. He gently earned her trust and was able to coax her inside just before it started to get chilly. Not long thereafter, he discovered that Peep was pregnant, and promised her that she'd be able to have her babies in the safety and warmth of his home. And she did!

Born in November 2024, Luna and her littermates (Ash, Griffin, and Cornbread) will be ready to go to their forever homes in mid-January. In the meantime, they're getting abundant affection and are being well-socialized. Litterbox-trained, too!

Luna is a gorgeous gal with a great personality - although she's pretty easy-going for a kitten, she can be feisty when she wants some attention! She loves playing and snuggling with her siblings and is responsive to human kindness.
