Donny needs a minute to warm up to new people or surroundings, but once he does? He is a quirky, fun kitty, says his foster mom. He is still learning to be brave, but he has some really
great traits that will shine brightly as he becomes more confident. Donnys favorite hobbies include lounging in his hammock, wrestling his sister, Marie, and once he feels at ease
making sure hes not missing out on any fun. He has FOMO and it shows. If his sister is out for pets or he feels lonely, he is going to tell you about it. He has some of the most unique cat noises I have ever heard! Will attention from you be this sweet boys remedy?

Whiskers TNR of Warren County aims to improve the quality of life for the county’s stray, dumped and feral cats. We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
