Meet Monty!
Monty is a resilient pup with a heart full of love, despite a tough start to life. At just 12 weeks old, he was found abandoned and pepper-sprayed, leaving him with some vision issues.
Monty loves to play with other dogs but can be a bit much for older, senior dogs. He’s not suited for homes with cats but thrives in a home with a securely fenced yard. Monty needs an owner with the time and patience to give him extra training. He communicates using his mouth, which can improve with guidance.
Currently in a foster home with five other dogs, Monty isn’t getting the individual attention he deserves. He’s house-trained, kennel-trained, and will let you know when he needs to go out by barking or whining.
