Sweet Charm is a meek girl who is so darling. She would love nothing more than for someone to give her attention 24/7. Charm is heartworm positive; this is not contagious to other animals, and we would take care of her treatment. The main thing with heartworm positive animals, is they must be kept calm throughout their treatment. We would love for Charm to find a home, so she does not have to go through heartworm treatment in the shelter!

Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
