This spunky little guy is so adorable! Ticket has the cutest personality. He is good with other dogs and loves to play. He seemed to do okay with cats but may chase them, since he is so young, we are hoping this can be corrected by training. He loves to play tug and loves snacks. Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
