My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a gentle giant, then check out Rome! Rome is believed to be a mix of Anatolian and Australian Shepherd born about the third week of October. Rome is a big boy already tipping the scales at 18 Lbs. He is going to be a big boy! Rome has a very sweet, gentle and quiet personality who loves his snuggle time. It is so much fun to watch him wrestle with his sister, it puts a big smile on your face. Rome is in the beginning stages of his potty training
Rome will be provided with all three sets of puppy vaccinations, dewormed and micro-chipped. $165 Rescue adoption fee and neuter contract will be in place. For more pictures, video and adoption application, please call or text Lori at: 760-680-3713. Located in Grove, Ok.

Meet the Pet

If all goes well the pet would go home with you the same day.

Additional adoption info

After the application approval, we set up a meet and greet with you, the animal you are wanting to adopt and any pet's you may have in order to see how everyone gets along. If all goes well we finalize the adoption. Our adoption fees vary from animal to animal.
What the adoption fee covers:
* All medical -up to date on vaccinations including Rabies, flea and tick treated, started on heartworm prevention (for dogs and pups over 6 months), spayed or neutered, (for dogs and pups over 6 months) and micro-chipped. In certain cases, some of our rescues require an extensive amount of medical treatment to get them healthy. We will spare no expense when it comes to the health and wellbeing of our animals. Extensive medical costs will never be passed on to the adopting family; but your adoption fee does help us recover some of the costs.
*Supplies you will receive with adoption – leash and collar.

More about this rescue

MISSION STATEMENT: 4 The Love of Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit, 501(c)(3) animal rescue group. Our mission is to rescue strays, owner surrenders and dogs out of kill shelters and to spay and neuter as many dogs as possible. The rescue is run by caring volunteers who generously give their devotion, time, homes and hearts to save lives.
Through our Foster Care program, dogs have a comfortable, safe place to be until loving homes can be found for them. ...
We value the bond between humans and dogs and appreciate the important role that pets play in our everyday lives.
Our goal is not only to help animals, but to help people whose lives are greatly ... greatly enriched by adopting animals in need.
