Sweet Finnigan has endured a heartbreaking past. After a long road he ended up in a noisy shelter where he and his companion thrived being the office dogs greeting everyone and being the best work companions. He is around 4 years old and around 10 pounds. Finnigan longs for a new home where he can relax and regain his sense of security. Initially timid, he gradually opens up to new faces and furry friends. He is both house and crate trained, though he is still refining his leash skills.He is very mellow and easy going. He still gets nervous when he goes into his crate and may have an accident. He'd do best in a home with older kids or no kids. Finnigan dreams of a joyful home where he can rediscover the simple pleasures of being a dog.

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4.
Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
