My name is Jake!

He was adopted from a "foster care" shelter when he was probably around 3 months old. We assume he is about 1 yr and 6 months. He really is a good dog, he is house trained, he is absolutely wonderful at recall commands and playing fetch, he listens very well to commands and does good on walks. He has been around both of our very young daughters less than 3 years old and he does very well with them and loves loves loves to play.

Unfortunately, we are just having a hard time giving him the time and space that his level of energy needs. We believe he would be well suited for a nice sized yard that he could have ample time and space to play in or a family who is suited to take him to go play. Jake is a great dog who with the right family will make an excellent addition!

I believe Jake would also make a great companion to just an adult single or a couple who he could get a lot of one on one time with!
