My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm a beautiful adult Pitbull mix. My current humans call me their house hippo because I am so big, but with my size comes an even greater ability to give love and snuggles. Some of my favorite things are getting under the covers with my human (or making her tuck me in a cozy blanket,) chasing after balls at the dog park every morning, and playing with my doggo siblings. I'm a great girl!

People haven't always been nice to me, so I am scared of belts and yelling, but I respond well to gentle guidance and want to be the bestest dog. I listen well to verbal commands and am very treat oriented! I'd love to continue training. Overall, I am a very sweet girl with a huge heart.

I live with other dogs and do well! I love to play. I currently live with a cat. I sometimes forget and chase him, but I stop when I'm reminded. It took a while, but we are friends now.

Yes, I live with older children. My current foster Mom feels I could do well with younger children too, with supervision.

I am a strong chewer and like to tear stuffies apart, but I love to play, so if you could provide me with some tough toys I will be so happy!
I would love a family that loves to spend time with me and gives me lots of attention. I have lots of energy so I'd need outlets to let that energy out. I'd love a yard but could live in an apartment as long as I get plenty of walks. I can live with other dogs or be the only dog. I enjoy training with lots of treats! I can't wait to meet my forever family!

My Adoption Fee includes a training program specific for my needs.
