The sweetest yellow labby on the planet must be Bodhi! He is around a year and a half old and weighs around 60 pounds. This gentle guy is soaking up the love in foster care after coming from an overcrowded shelter. He is so nice and sweet you would never know he had a rocky start to life! He is dog friendly with new friends he meets although he currently lives as a solo pup in his foster home just fine. Feline friends are a bore to him and he just ignores their cat antics. He has proven himself to be a quick learner and figured out the house training schedule. When he is not romping around in the yard, he loves to snuggle up on the many dog beds in the house. He is learning even more commands to keep up his skills like stay, sit etc. He is a little all over the place on the leash due to likely never experiencing it ,but with practice he is getting great! He is all about sunshine through and through and we think this pup might just be for you!

Adoption applications for our pups and cats can be found using this link: https://www.amazingstraysrescue.org/forms-applications

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4.
Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
