Out of all the things he dreams to be, first on his list is being part of a family!
At just under a year old this boy has never had a home or a family to call his own. Not one application or even inquiry for this sweet Beagle puppy. Santa’s Helper is a young, fun, houndy boy that can’t get enough of his canine friends or squeaky toys. He is quite social and loves everyone he meets. Like most young pups he loves to play, but you can find him looking for cuddles at the end of the day. Because he is a jumper and still learning we wouldn't recommend a home with very young children. Santa’s Helper is working diligently to master the pesky puppy skills of house, crate and leash training. Typical to the hound breed he can be persuaded to do just about anything for a tasty treat. A Little "Kibbles & Bits" About Us
Crate Escape is a small family run rescue. We are a family friendly rescue we do not have an age requirement for kids in an adoptive home. We believe that it is better to educate kids on the proper way to care for the pups so they can use the knowledge in the future. All pups from 8 weeks on up are spayed/neutered. All of our pups are in foster care or in our own home. They are all vetted prior to entering their forever homes.
Our Mission "Possible"
With your help you can make our mission possible! Our rescue specializes in saving pups primarily from North and South Carolina in high kill shelters. Believe it or not there is over an 80% euthanization rate for unwanted dogs/puppies. Shelters can be a taboo for dogs especially young puppies. They carry deadly illnesses that puppies are susceptible to such as parvovirus, distemper, etc.

Our second goal is to PROMOTE, ADVOCATE, AND EDUCATE people about the importance of having a pet spayed/neutered. All of our pups (8 weeks +) are spayed & neutered. This is so important in helping us achieve our goal.
