Hobo Charlie is a fun-loving 1.5-year-old terrier mix, weighing about 50 pounds. Charlie is ready to start a new chapter in life. Rescued from the streets, this smart and adaptable boy has adjusted well to life off the streets, quickly picking up on routines and loving the attention that he gets in his foster home. He loves his toys and enjoys a good play session but also knows how to relax and take it easy.
Charlie is good with men, women, and kids, though he may be a bit shy at first and warms up with a little time. He gets along well with other dogs but is best to eat in his kennel to avoid any food guarding. He enters his crate with a little coaxing and settles after some initial barking/whining. Charlie is working on perfecting his house manners and his foster would say that he is about 90% there. This scruffy pup has done quite well on a leash considering he was a stray, and he adores attention and affection. Charlie would be a fantastic companion for an active family or individual who can give him plenty of love and playtime and some ongoing training.
