Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Malaya is almost 2 years old. She has been spayed, microchip, and her front post declawed. She is literally the perfect cat in my opinion, and I love her with all my heart, but sadly, my husband is extremely allergic, even though Bengal cats shed very little. He has a pre-existing eye condition and the itchy eyes is causing him pain. She has NEVER had a single litter box issue, behavioral issues, or any medical problems. I work from home so she is used to getting a lot of attention so would do better with a family who is not gone all the time. I was told she is full blooded. Bengal but I do not have papers. She loves to climb, high places and play fetch.. She loves to lay in your lap once she gets to know you, but it’s a little standoffish to strangers.. I have toddler grandchildren who she tolerates very well. She doesn’t really let them pet her, but she likes to be near them. My heart is breaking to post this but we have spent eight months trying to come up with a solution.
