My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scout is our cuddle collie! He was a sheep dog that got lost when he was a puppy and taken to the pound where we adopted him about 10 years ago. He LOVES to play ball and always wants attention and pets. He is generally passive to other dogs. He lived in our home with 2 children, 4 other dogs, a cat, chickens, horses, and a donkey. No one could ever come to our home without Scout letting us know. He is a GREAT guard dog in that sense. He likes being involved in whatever is going on but he still a herding dog so if there a little kids screaming while playing, he occationally might try to herd them by nipping their heels; just something to be aware of with the breed. He is a wonderful pet and we hate to rehome him but we are moving and our new location doesn't allow for pets. Scout need a place with a yard and a doggie door and lots of room to run. He has been trained to use a doggie door to go to the bathroom outside. He loves a plastic pool in the summer to cool off.
