Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi everyone, I’m Rosie! My foster momma says I’m the most talkative, outgoing, and, let’s be real, pushiest Torti you’ll ever meet. I like to check you out first—gotta make sure you’re worthy—then dive right in for snuggles. My favorite spot? Perched on my foster mom’s shoulder like a tiny parrot. If she bends over, though, I’ll hop on her back. I love being up high—it’s the best way to keep an eye on my kingdom! When I want love, I’ll headbutt you, purr loudly while I groom you (keeping my humans clean is my personal mission), and, of course, proudly display my adorable little butt in your face. Hey, I heard that’s just a classic cat move! I play hard, too. My siblings and I have epic wrestling matches, and my favorite toys are springs and crinkle balls. After all the action, I’m all about snuggling with my siblings or curling up with my foster parents. I haven’t officially met other cats or dogs, but with a proper introduction, I think we’d get along just fine. I’ve played with kids before, and let me tell you, they’ve got energy that matches mine—it’s a total vibe! Now, full disclosure: I’m a high-energy kitten, and sometimes I get a little overstimulated. But don’t worry—my foster mom gave me a kitty kicker to take it out on, so I channel my wild side into beating that thing up. **Why should you adopt me?** Well, I’m gorgeous (hello, vibrant orange fur that glows in the sun!), I love to play, snuggle, and purr, and I promise to keep you laughing and feeling loved. Plus, I’ll keep you clean—it’s my thing! Let’s make amazing memories together. I’ll bring the love, the laughs, and the snuggles—you just bring you!

All adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
Canine Adoption Fees:
$450 for puppies under 1 year of age
$375 for dogs over 1 year & under 7 years
$300 for dogs 7 years and older
Feline Adoption Fees:
$250 for kittens and cats up to 12 months old
$200 for cats between 1-6 years old
$150 for cats 6 years old and older
Adoption fees help offset the cost to our organization of providing full medical care (including spay or neuter surgery) to each animal we adopt to a furever home.
