Captain Phil was found wandering the streets of a small town in MO. All attempts to find his family failed. We believe he was just dumped like so many others that come into rescue. He is only about a year old and very sweet and playful. Captain Phil went to a home but the male pug there didn't like him. He would love a home with a pug sister or mellow brother to play with. He is a lover, not a fighter. :) Captain Phil is a healthy little boy that is eager to start his new life with a loving family that will take good care of him and protect him.
