Charming is living up to his name as he is Mr. Charming! Well, he could also be Mr. Active as play time is high on his to-do list. This gentle Siamese does have a lot of love to give and a story to tell. Charming has a permanent winky face as he had to have an eye removed prior to arriving at HFG. But hey, he doesn’t fret about being a one-eyed cat - he’s an active cat who just loves to play. And then take time out for a bit of love. Charming’s story includes that he is FIV+, therefore a home that has other FIV+ cats or a home where all animals are calm, would be the best fit (more information on FIV+ can be found on the attached info sheet). His ideal home would be with those who would engage him in playtime and then be rewarded with kitty love. His adoption fee of $85 includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a complementary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. If another dog or dogs are present in the household we require a meet and greet prior to adoption. All members of the household must be on board with adoption. We do not adopt our rescues out without meeting person that will be responsible - no "gift" adoptions. We contract that if cat/dog must be relinquished they are returned to us. If there is a change of ownership we must be kept informed who responsible party is. Fees are non refundable.

Home Fur Good is a non profit no kill animal shelter located in the NE Valley. We take a majority of our cats and dogs from County, many who have treatable medical conditions and would otherwise be put down. We assess physical and behavior and work with the cats/dogs to find the best suitable match. It is our goal that each cat or dog that comes to our shelter ultimately be placed in their "furever" homes.
We also operate a low cost vaccine and microchip clinic each Sunday. We want to help community be able to care for and keep their animals safe. We do not charge vet fee only fee for vaccine and microchip. Additionally we have a low cost dental clinic each Wednesday. Check our website for more details.
