Indy is a curious and energetic pup! She loves playing in the backyard and chewing on her teething toys. Indy can be independent but still enjoys the company of the two resident dogs and a toddler in the home. Indy is still a baby and working on her puppy mischief. She sleeps in her crate, sometimes she will whine when the crate door is closed, but settles quickly. She likes having her crate door open during the day so she can come and go as she pleases. Potty training is going well, she has had few accidents in the house. She is on a potty schedule learning the ropes and gaining control of her bladder as she is still a puppy. Right now, she will whine in her crate when she has to potty during the night. She is food motivated and the foster has been using that to give her a treat after each successful potty outside. Indy would do best in a home with a fenced in yard so she can run and play freely. Indy is a small girl right now but she will grow into a big loving gal given her breed. Indy is truly a sweetheart, she is intelligent and will be loyal to her family. She needs a home that can be patient with her puppy training and that can provide her tons of exercise and love. Could that be you?!❤️

More about this rescue

Hoping Fur A Home is a volunteer run dog rescue organization serving the Southern, WI area. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.
