My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Lolita. I’m a shy but sweet 8-year-old tortoiseshell cat with a gentle soul, and I’m on the lookout for a loving, patient family who can help me feel safe and secure. I came to the shelter through a cruelty case, and though my past was difficult, I’m slowly learning that there are good humans out there who care. I’m still a little timid, especially around new people or loud noises, but once I trust you, I’ll be your loyal companion, offering soft purrs and quiet affection. I’m not a fan of sudden movements, but if you’re patient and gentle with me, I’ll blossom in my own time. I get along well with other cats and dogs, and I’d love to join a peaceful home where I can have a cozy space to settle into and build my confidence. I may need some time to adjust, but I promise that with your kindness and patience, I’ll show you the loving, sweet kitty I really am. If you`re looking for a quiet and calm companion who will appreciate the warmth and safety of a caring home, I’d be so grateful to be your new best friend. I may be shy now, but with a little time and love, I know I’ll come out of my shell and bring a lot of happiness to your life.
