My name is Charlie!

I got Charlie for my birthday two years ago, he is a really good dog and listens but we recently had an incident where he bit a family member who provoked him by putting their hands in his face. We still believe he is a really good dog who just messed up. We have another dog, who is a female, and we believe that she is the reason Charlie acted the way he did because when she is in heat he often whines and gets mad when we try to keep him away from her. I was looking at getting him neutered but I do not have the money to get him neutered and trained because I have more priorities that I need to focus on now that I graduated school. Other then the incident he had with my dad he is fairly good with other people, he barks whenever he sees other dogs and people he is not familiar with but after a little bit of sniffing he warms up pretty quick and when hes warmed up he is the best. I want to find a family who can give him a second chance and give him the love and attention he deserves.
