BIO: Hello, my name is Howard. I can be a bit shy with new people. But, once comfortable, I am sweet, and loving. I don't mind being held and cuddled. I am playful and enjoy chasing my favorite kitty toys. I would be happy with a kitty companion, but would be okay solo, as long as I receive plenty of attention. Please give me the loving family I deserve!

RESCUE: I was found by some construction workers near a local business. ARC was notified that there was a kitty in need of medical care. Once the trappers secured me, I got the medical care needed and placed into a foster home until I was ready for my furr-ever family!

Please complete an online application and email us. Adoptions are by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 5-6:30 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4:30 pm.

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
