Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I’m Sake, an 8yo grey tabby with green eyes. I love mealtimes, following you around the house, chasing bouncy balls, and kneading blankets. I also love hanging out where all the action is! I’m generally friendly with other cats, and will groom and play wrestle, but other cats don’t always seem to like that attention. I’ve always been an indoor cat, but love to sit in open windows.
My owners adopted me from the APA when I was a year old, and I loved being the baby of the family. However, ever since the human babies arrived, things haven’t been the same. Babies are loud and smelly, and make me anxious. My humans are more overwhelmed than they thought they’d be with two kids under 3yo, and full time jobs.
They can tell I’ve been depressed the last few years, because they don’t have time to play with me like they used to. I’m a healthy boy with a lot of life left, so we think it is best for me to find a quieter home where I can get more attention and live a fuller life.
