My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Parakeets make wonderful additions to any family looking for an outgoing, social, and entertaining pet! Parakeets hail from Australia, but have been enjoyed all around the globe as domesticated pets. They like to burrow into hollow trees instead of making their own nests, owners can provide similar housing for their own parakeets! Parakeets can live 10-20 years and do best when they are in the company of another parakeet because they bond and mate for life! They enjoy taking baths, puzzles, and games. Their diet consists of seeds, pellets, fruits and vegetables. Please consult your veterinarian on the best diet options for your new winged friend. Certain bedding types can also be toxic to birds, so make sure to do your research prior to adding a bird to your family
