Purr-Sephone is one-of-a-kind. You’ll never have to wonder what she’s thinking and her expressions will keep you entertained for hours! Even though this pretty girl is not good about hiding her feelings, she is such a sweet and affectionate kitty!
Pur-Sephone is a beautiful 5-year old, fluffy, dilute tortie. She was a friendly stray who was trapped with the intent to TNR. However, it was discovered that she had been injured in a previous animal attack and needed vet care. By the time she was well enough to be released, her rescuers realized that she loved people and would be happiest in a home of her own.
Purr-Sephone is looking for a quiet, loving, forever home. Once she knows she’s safe, she loves her people and wants to be around them all the time. She’s so soft and will treat you to cute little chirps when you come home. She loves being brushed and petted. While she can be playful and enjoys chasing her ball around the room, she also has couch potato tendencies and will sit with you for hours watching tv or listening to you talk about your day. She has perfect litter-box manners and is a very clean kitty. She would be fine being the only animal in the house but she is also good around other friendly cats. She’s cautious around dogs and may end up hiding if they’re too enthusiastic or loud. She would have an easier time transitioning to a quiet home. A livelier household would need to have more patience with her while she learns to trust all the occupants.

The mission of One Love Animal Rescue, Inc. is to help abandoned, neglected, abused and unwanted pets by partnering with shelters, rescue groups and the community to facilitate adoption of these animals into permanent and loving homes.
Our goal is to save one life at a time by promoting local animal shelter adoptions and raising awareness in our community about responsible pet ownership. We strive to highlight the importance of spaying or neutering pets which will aid in the reduction of overpopulation. We believe that appropriate and positive reinforcement training and socialization of these shelter animals will lead to well-adjusted family pets, thereby decreasing the number of abandoned animals in shelters. Our dream is that one day all the shelters will be empty because every pet will have a home.
