My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!!  I'm Nanami Catto. I am an 9 month old brown tabby, who LOVES love. My foster mom met me as a feral in the bushes and has convinced me that people give the best pets. I love tummy scratches the most when I am really cozy! My purr is so loud, and sometimes when I really want you to pet me, I'll purr really loud first so you know you have permission to love on me.

My favorite pass time is playing soccer with my litter mates Gojo Catoru and Miwa Catsumi. Im bonded to my little sister Miwa, so we will come as a pair! Gojo is staying with our foster mom. Bell balls are so much fun, but I also like the kind that don't make noise just as much. My brother and sister play fetch but I haven't quite figured out to give it back, I hunted it, it's mine now! I love wand toys most of all. That's how I first started trusting humans, wand toys! I like the ones with bright colors.

My foster mom has shown me treats and I almost have high fives down, I'm a very smart boy and pick up good habits very quickly. But I'm VERY interested in those treats, so make sure to put them away or else my inner goblin will come out at night and I'll gobble them up!

For being a teenager, I'm actually pretty big. My daddy is a large cat. I'm going to be a big man too! The best kinda kitty to cuddle with in the long winters of Washington state. Some of my current nick names are Nana, nanners, nanabanana, bananami, bananners.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Young cats have an adoption fee of $175, or $262.50 for a bonded pair. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
