Meet Clover: A Small Dog with a Big Heart

This sweet 5 year old, 15-pound survivor is ready to find her forever home! After spending her early years as a street dog in Puerto Rico and enduring multiple litters, she's finally getting the chance to just be a beloved companion.

Despite her rough start and some physical challenges (she's missing an eye and has some injuries to her back legs from her time on the streets), this resilient girl gets around beautifully! She's learned to walk on a leash, is fully potty trained, and is even mastering basic commands - especially when treats are involved!

You'd never guess she was once a street dog - she's taken to indoor living like she was born for it! Her perfect day involves lots of cozy naps, gentle walks, and endless cuddles. She's the ideal house companion, always ready to snuggle up next to you for pets and attention. She is also starting to show interest in toys!

Once she knows you, she's the ultimate cuddle bug who just wants pets and love. She does well with other cats and dogs after a proper introduction period, and she's now spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats come spayed/neutered and vaccinated! Some of the pups will only have their first round of shots and may need rabies if they are under 3 months old. But other than that, these babies come ready to go! Our adoption fees vary, please inquire about each dog's individual fees. We do have cats and kittens available from time to time, so please inquire if you are looking for a feline pal! With their vetting, flights and care, we only ask for the adoption donation to help offset costs and make sure our adopters are serious. We love our rescues like we love our family. They mean the world to us and we just want to see them in good loving homes! And please check back as we are always adding new rescues to this page.
