My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cube: He is not just any kitten- he's a delightful little character with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Cube lives for attention and will do whatever it takes to get it. He'll follow you around, rubbing your ankles, weaving between your legs, purring loudly. And if that doesn't work, don't worry-he isn't shy about using his voice to make sure he's heard!

Cube's most demanding screams come during playtime. He's a champion of the wand toy, insisting it keeps moving so he can show off his impressive hunting skills. Cube enjoys all sorts of toys and also wrestling with his feline buddies. Cube is looking for a home with a feline friend to be rambunctious with. A kitto who will cuddle with him would bring him extra joy.

Cube's journey hasn't been easy. Despite pulling through after battling a dangerously high fever for several days due to Panleukopenia, Cube was left with hind limb weakness causing him to slightly wobble, similar to mild cerebellar hypoplasia (CH). But this little fighter has been growing stronger every day- he's running, jumping, and even climbing in excitement, his wobble almost unnoticeable now. But he is a bit unsteady from time to time especially when it comes to landing (Cube is proof that cats do not always land on their feet!), so access to really tall heights is not advised. He needs his litterbox filled a little deeper so that he can steady his feet or he'll slip around if his paws touch the bottom of the box.

Cube's purr is as mighty as his hollering-a sweet, rumbling thunder with whirl winds that roll on and on whether he's bursting with excitement or perfectly content.
While not void of quirks, his charm is captivating -absolutely irresistible-everyone who meets him falls head over heels for this ridiculously awesome little guy.

Adopting Cube means welcoming a loving, loyal, and delightful friend into your life. With Cube, you'll gain a companion who is as eager to give affection as he is to receive it, and who will fill your home with happiness, warmth, endless purrs, and loads of chatter. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a kitten who will return your love tenfold, Cube is waiting to meet you.

He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested FeLV/FIV negative.

When excited or playing, Cube often displays an irregular breathing pattern that has been evaluated through imaging and lab work with no specific findings/diagnosis. He is not in any distress, it does not impact his activity level, and he has a clear bill of health. Cube also has special dietary requirements and thrives on Farmina ND pumpkin and boar wet food with a small amount of ND pumpkin and quail dry food, and supplements of fiber and probiotics to support his bowels.

Please note that the Misfit Felines policy requires that young kittens will either need a sibling to go home with or there must be another playful/young feline already in the home.

Adopters will receive an adoption package of goodies valued at around $100 if you visit one or both of our Petstore partners after adoption (Tabby & Jacks and All Paws).
