My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here's what my friends at the shelter have to say about me!: "This sweet polka dot girl was in the kennel quietly, patiently waiting for us. Her chinny chin chin is itchy from the cone. She throughly enjoyed getting scratched and getting a break from her cone. We got it cleaned off a bit to help with her irritation hopefully. She is super easy to leash and didn't pull on leash. Poor mama has been through it with a spay abort. She's confused and just wants love, she loves giving kisses and being close to humans. She was treat motivated and seemed dog friendly per our observations. She kept her kennel clean and she pooped and peed outside. She took treats very gently and is just an overall great girl. She got scared during a loud sound and got low to the ground, but was fine after being reassured. She just needs a cozy bed to curl up in! She temp tested well with another dog!"

More about this rescue

Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists, overcrowded shelters, and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter. Our rescue is based in Pennsylvania, but we rescue dogs all over. Additionally to urgent cases, we also focus on helping long term shelter stay dogs.
